We want to ease some of those feelings, so for a limited time, we will provide buyers who purchase their homes through Realty Ace, LLC, a 13 month home warranty from Home Warranty of America. The home warranty coverage period is printed on your contract (see the educational video). There are three plans from which you can choose: Gold, Platinum and Diamond (note what is covered in each plan and the service fees that are associated with each plan). The plan, without any additional options is provided by us, however payment of the service fees associated with the plan you choose is your responsibility and not that of Realty Ace, LLC or any of its associates. The plan is only available to buyer clients who purchase a single family home or a condominium unit; both the single family and the condominium unit must be less than 5,000 square feet in size and have a sold price of $100,000 or more to be eligible for this offer. Properties that are marketed with a home warranty included for the buyer are excluded from this offer. No substitutions or additions to the basic plans are allowed. The dollar value of any warranty plan will not be rebated or paid to any buyer who decides not to accept the home warranty under the conditions and limitations stated herein. Buyers, who are referred to Realty Ace, LLC or any of its associates, when a referral fee is due, are ineligible to participate in this offer. When the warranty period is over you will probably be given the option to renew the warranty; you can choose to renew at your own expense. You invest in real estate; we invest in you!
